An award-winning not-for-profit Critical Access Hospital seeks a Chief Medical Officer / Primary Care Provider (FM / IM trained) to join their established, collegial team in northeastern Iowa due to growth :
- Up to 75% leadership responsibilities based on your professional interests
- Work with and mentor other providers, assist with new Accountable Care Organization (ACO), oversee quality care initiatives, assist with building out an inhouse ERNP residency program, and more!
- 4-day workweek
- Low patient volume while covering clinic with 12-15 patients per day; focus on quality of care
- Experienced nursing and support staff including a dedicated medical assistant
- Specialty interests are encouraged and can be supported
- IPERS (Iowa Public Employees' Retirement System) and PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness)
- Up to $375,000 permanent base salary, potential for RVU production bonus, quality bonus, relocation assistance, inhouse student loan assistance, and more!
