Practice Specifics :
- 7 on 7 off schedule working 8 : 30a-4 : 30p
- 90% of inpatient duties involve newborns, including nursery coverage
- Typical census : 8-15 newborns per day and 0-2 Pediatric patients per day
- Call responsibilities include : nurse consultations, potential admissions from ED, and attending high-risk deliveries
