Qualifications
- The successful candidate must demonstrate proficiency in the areas of recruitment and retention of swimmers,
- Be skilled in teaching stroke technique, and be able to motivate and work effectively with athletes of all ages and abilities.
- Previous coaching experience is preferred.
- USA Swimming certifications. ASCA Level 2 minimum preferred

Job Goal
The Jackson Public Schools (JPS) Swim Team is a growing active year-round swimming program for swimmers in the 7th - 12th grade from 10 middle schools and 7 high schools, with a current enrollment of 30 swimmers.
