The Office Coordinator will update policies and procedures to keep practices in compliance with federal and state regulations. Responsible for the financial processes of the clinics.
- Monitor a general electronic mailbox and complete and/or distribute tasks accordingly.
- Run and distribute a variety of weekly and monthly reports to include provider on-call and availability calendars, billing reports, and documentation reports.
- Coordinate efforts that support, staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.
- Function as first-line support for electronic health record to include basic trouble shooting, merging duplicate charts, unlocking charts, adding pharmacy and practice information to the database, etc. record.
- Monitor a general electronic mailbox and distribute tasks accordingly.
- Other tasks and projects as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent Required
- Associate’s degree Preferred
Certifictions
Basic life support (BLS) must be obtained within 30 days of hire
