Job Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage on-site construction activities at Government locations. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Oversight : Manage all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring project milestones are met.
- Site Supervision : Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor the on-site construction team, fostering a productive and collaborative environment.
- Quality Assurance : Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards and project requirements.
- Safety Management : Implement and enforce safety protocols, including conducting safety meetings and maintaining OSHA compliance.
- Budget Management : Monitor project costs and work closely with project managers to ensure adherence to the budget.
- Documentation : Maintain detailed records of project progress, including daily reports, change orders, and site photos.
- Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
