We are looking for an experienced Automotive professionals for our Service Advisor position. We are looking for a team member that wants to give superior service and focuses on customer satisfaction. We want to be the Best dealership service department in Jacksonville and expect our service advisor to be professional, empathetic and smile. We provide Stellantis training, Reynolds training , WiAdvisor and Free College scholarship to Strayer University . Our Advisors work a 5 day work week , every 3rd Saturday PLUS we give great bonuses for CSI.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet service customers about their service needs.
- Understand the product and promote the sales of the vehicle's services, parts, and accessories.
- Communicate directly with service technicians to provide accurate cost and time of completion estimates for the services recommended.
- Administer new and pre-owned vehicle warranty repairs in accordance with Chrysler and after-market warranty guidelines.
- Follow up with customer
- Be attentive and provide excellent customer service.
- Resolve customer concerns and keep customers informed of vehicle status.
- Work with technicians and make recommendations to customers.
- Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
- Experience as an automotive Service Advisor.
- Active listening skills to assess needs and relate technical information back to the customer.
- An understanding of the mechanical and technical
- Computer proficiency.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- PASS A DRUG TEST
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
