- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
- Provide clear explanations of services and repairs needed for vehicles.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with a background in automotive service or repair.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and foster positive relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with service writing software is a plus.
- Knowledge of diesel engine repair or air brake systems is beneficial but not required.
