Dealership Window Tinter

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Tinter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive glass installation and tinting, demonstrating a strong understanding of various tinting techniques and materials. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with both power and hand tools to ensure high-quality results for our clients. THIS IS A PER UNIT PAY SCALE. Duties

• Install window tint film on vehicles, ensuring precision and quality in every application.
• Assess vehicle windows for proper fit and prepare surfaces for tint application.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete installations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and techniques related to window tinting.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding tint options.

Requirements

• Proven experience in auto glass installation or related fields such as auto body repair or auto estimating is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform vehicle maintenance tasks.
• Familiarity with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is a plus.
• Proficient in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
• Applicants must pass preemployment drug screening and background check.
• Applicants must have valid FL driver license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
