What are the responsibilities and job description for the Premium Club Attendant position at Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp?
The Premium Club Attendant serves in the brand-new, MLB-level, all inclusive PNC Home Plate Club as the buffet and club attendant. The Club Attendant is responsible for preparing the buffet, setting it up based on the day's menu. They will work with a culinary team member plating the dishes and then setting them out on the buffet. Along with the food, they are responsible for plates, cutlery, napkins, and condiments, keeping the area fresh, tidy, and neat. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, experience in serving high-level areas, and a banquet or catering background/experience. The PNC Home Plate Club is an indoor, air-conditioned space serving an average of 150 fans.
Along with the 75 home baseball games, the Club will operate on non-gamedays for private events, offering more opportunities for work.
