Deerwood Country Club is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Kids' Club Attendant. In this role, you will engage in activities with children, ensuring their physical and emotional safety. You'll help kids make friends, try new things, and care for their overall well-being. This is a part time position (approx. 22 hours weekly) with a schedule of 5:00 pm to 10pm Wednesday through Saturday.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of two years of childcare experience preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Infant/child CPR/First Aid Certification required.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and stoop.
DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:
- Be punctual and reliable.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and safe Kids' Club area.
- Greet members by last name whenever possible.
- Sign in children and record nursery charges to member accounts.
- Become proficient with all equipment and games, ensuring safety.
- Answer phone calls, forward them, or take detailed messages.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by the Fitness Director or Kids' Club Director.
