Jacksonville Orthopaedic Institute is looking for a Full -time - Radiology Technologist / X-Ray Tech to join our team at the San Marco and Beaches JOI clinic.
The position is full-time with benefits including 401K, Medical, Dental, vision, STD, LTD, Life Insurance, etc.
Schedule : Monday- Friday, 8a-5pm; 40 hours / week; No weekends.
San Marco location : 1325 San Marco Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32207
Beach location : 1577Roberts Dr Ste 225, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250
Position Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience is preferred.
- Florida Radiologic Technologist license required.
- ARRT certification required.
- CPR is required.
- Experience with DR, CR, and C-Arm preferred.
- Orthopaedic experience a plus.
- Hospital experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with triaging patient care issues.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA guidelines / regulations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer proficient, including skills necessary to learn and utilize EMR software.

Physical Demands
Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift, bend, walk, kneel, stretch, and stoop. Requires eye hand coordination and manual dexterity. Requires normal hearing and eyesight to allow for patient interaction and processing of patient information.
