What are the responsibilities and job description for the Private Music Instructor position at Jacksonville School of Music?
Seeking an enthusiastic piano, violin, or voice instructor who is willing to teach students of all ages, starting as young as 5 years old.
The instructor will be expected to create an individualized lesson plan for each student to help them reach their personal goals...and beyond.
Lessons with students are private (1-on-1) and are generally an 30 minutes per lesson. We have many advanced- and intermediate-level students needing assistance right away. Please apply if you enjoy teaching and helping individuals strive to reach levels they never thought they otherwise could have.
Teaching experience is required for this position, and a educational background in a music-related field is highly preferred.
Please note, our hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday: 3pm - 8pm
Saturday: 10am - 4pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
