IT Support Specialist

Job Summary: The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Assist with network setup and maintenance.
- Perform regular system updates and backups.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
