who are you

We are looking for someone with 1-2 years of working experience in a service role. International experience is not required.
It is important that you speak Dutch aswell as English. If you have various IT support
skills, that is definitely an advantage. Flexibility and working under pressure is a must.

what will you do

Manage the voice activities (mobile and fixed) for Jacobs Douwe Egberts in The Netherlands, location Utrecht.
Liaise with our voice partners (e.g. Vodafone, BT, KPN, Bechtle, Presentation Partners).
Assistance in simple network related tasks will occur on time-to-time basis. Also fixing working desk related issues in factory and offices is part of the activities.
Checking meeting rooms if all IT components are working as they should be.

• Responsible for the correctness of all telecom data. Such as telephone numbers (fixed and mobile), telecom hardware, various invoices
• Making sure requests are logged and document processes
• Making sure the department is manned during business hours to support the business. This means that customes can reach JDE and requests will be dealt with following the SLA.
• Creating manuals and guidelines which support our business with the use of telecom facilitates. This can be useful tips how to gain more from for example the mobile phone
• Making
• sure you represent JDE in a professional way.

where will you work

Jacobs Douwe Egberts Research and Development (R&D) is part of the Global JDE organization. R&D is the major contributor to the development of innovative coffee and tea products and is constantly optimizing the product portfolio. Focus of R&D is on building technology platforms, new products, portfolio renovations and productivity initiatives. R&D have a strong involvement in JDE business and are providing valuable input to enable business decisions to be made. Projects are mostly carried out together with Marketing, Operations and Procurement Departments.
