Jacobs Entertainment is currently in search of a “Grille Supervisor” for Gold Dust West Carson City. This property features 148 modern hotel rooms and suites, a 32-lane Bowling Center with full Snack Bar, an RV Park, full-service Sports Book the ever-popular Grille Restaurant.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ensure service excellence by fostering a positive guest experience and proactively addressing customer concerns
- Ensure proper product quality, presentation, and consistency
- Maintain all sanitation and health department requirements
- Assist in all dining room personnel hiring and training
- Implement proper chain of command leadership
- Assist in maintaining and guiding all dining area personnel training, records, scheduling, and development
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must have strong organizational skills
- 1-3 years related experience and/or training
- Identification that establishes identity
