The J Resort is a full-service hotel-casino with over 500 rooms and wide variety of Slots and Table Games. Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Timely and accurately enter and maintain HRIS data on new hires, merit increases, promotions, employee evaluations, and gaming licenses
- Process PAN’s and BCR’s weekly
- Co-Administration, audit & reconciliation of payroll and time keeping operations
- Current knowledge of federal, state and local regulations and established company policies and procedures
- Be a resource to the employees with questions or concerns about HR policies, procedures and benefits
- Conduct benefit enrollment meetings including open enrollment support
- Answer and redirect incoming calls as appropriate and handle all incoming/outgoing mail daily
- Run reports and track recognition and compliance programs such as the birthday list, annual reviews, incentives and gaming license compliance etc.
- Maintain all HR Personnel and Medical files for employees
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
- Other projects or assignments may be requested
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
- Must be literate and fluent in English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups, clients, customers, the general public and employees
- Minimum High School diploma with three years’ experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Must possess a valid Nevada Gaming License
- Identification that establishes identity
- Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
