Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Offering beverage to the patrons on the casino floor and picking up soiled dishes off the casino floor
- Ringing up the beverage orders and waiting for the order to be made
- Delivering the beverage to the patrons
- Checking, cleaning, and stocking the beverage service stations
- Assist the customers for any additional requests
- Practice awareness in serving alcohol
- Report all intoxicated customers to the beverage supervisor
- Other related duties including but not limited to complying with the following: Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting.
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
- Must be able to read English
- Must have basic math skills
- Must be able to carry a cocktail tray full of drinks
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience
- Prefer 1 year of previous experience in bars, restaurant, or clubs
- Knowledge of liquor products and cocktails
- Must possess a valid Colorado Support Gaming License
- Identification that establishes identity
- Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
