Monarch Casino Resort in Black Hawk is a 23 story resort with over 500 rooms, 4 restaurants, and the one of the country's top spa. The Monarch Casino Resort Spa is looking for a passionate Beverage Cocktail Servier to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment that exceeds the expectations of our guests and Team Members.
Responsibilities
- Complete assigned side work and maintain a clean work area.
- Take and correctly ring in drink orders, delivering them promptly to guests.
- Follow casino/department drink service policies and check IDs to verify guests' age.
- Monitor guests for safe alcohol consumption and provide recommendations for wine, beer, or spirits.
- Clear beverages and other items according to sanitation standards and stock service items as needed.
Qualifications
- Maintain an updated knowledge of the brands of beer, wine and liquors being offered for consumption at the bars and the current prices.
- Knowledge of Company and Departmental policies and procedures.
- Adhere to, enforce and practice all alocoholic beverage laws, policies and regulations.
- Continuously watch for signs of intoxication for the protection and enjoyment of our guests.
- Adhere to all grooming standards.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License.
