Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Execution of on-floor promotions and events at both The Lodge and Gilpin Casinos
- Establish relationships and create goodwill with guests
- Thorough understanding of all Winners Club benefits, including premium club requirements and benefits--Ability to answer guest questions about club benefits.
- Administrative duties as needed, such as internal mailings, assistance with compilation of promotional reports, etc.
- Proofread detailed Marketing materials for advertising efforts and direct mail communication
- Assist with company social media postings as assigned
- Other related duties including but not limited to complying with the following: Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
- Must have strong communication and public speaking skills, including proficiency using microphone to make overhead promotional announcements
- Must be organized and have a strong attention to detail
- The ability to understand and navigate slot tracking, promotional, and slot tournament software
- Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- TIPS Alcohol Awareness certification & Anti-Money Laundering Compliance required
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required
- Gaming experience required
- Must possess a Colorado Gaming License
- Identification that establishes identity
- Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
