Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist bussers in pre-bussing of tables
- Set up or close of wait station
- Cleaning stations & tables
- Setting and clearing tables
- Other projects may be assigned on occasion
- Familiar with all menu items, menu prices and hours of operation
- Other related duties including but not limited to complying with the following: Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
- Knowledge of O.S. system helpful
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience
- 1-2 years of previous experience working in a large volume restaurant
- Must be fluent in English and have good written and math skills
- Must become TIPS certified (training provided)
- Identification that establishes identity
- Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
