Position Summary : To manage the installation operations of the Retrofit and Residential New Construction side of the company. This includes the scheduling and dispatching of the crews, ordering and purchasing equipment and materials, inventory stocking program, and overseeing all warehouse functions. This position also manages the budget for the division.
Clear and concise communications with company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead time. Oversee the training and efficiency of company installers. Implementation and enforcement of the company's purchasing policy. The overall supervision of the residential installation crew and the profitability of installation jobs.
Pay : $90,000 salary plus bonus - With an expected range of $110k-$150k
