About Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of patents, file histories, technical documentation, and expert opinions
- Draft and review freedom-to-operate and invalidation opinions
- Prepare and draft legal notices and statements
- Support IP due diligence processes, including settlement preparation, licensing agreements, and trial prep
- Provide valuable IP assessments for business development and research initiatives
Your Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree; Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Pharmaceuticals or Chemistry preferred
- 3-8 years of experience in ANDA litigation and a basic understanding of FDA regulatory law
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in reviewing complex patent and technical documents
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
