About You:
- You have a strong foundation in intellectual property law and possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree; a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Pharmaceuticals or Chemistry is preferred.
- You have 3-8 years of experience in ANDA litigation and understand FDA regulatory law.
- You're proficient in reviewing complex patent and technical documents.
- You excel in working collaboratively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze patents, file histories, and technical documentation.
- Draft and review opinions on freedom to operate and invalidation.
- Prepare and draft legal notices and statements.
- SUPPORT IP due diligence processes, including settlement preparation, licensing agreements, and trial prep.
- Provide valuable IP assessments for business development and research initiatives.
