What You’ll Be Doing :
Conduct in-depth analysis of patents, file histories, technical documentation, and expert opinions
Draft and review freedom-to-operate and invalidation opinions
Prepare and draft legal notices and statements
Support IP due diligence processes, including settlement preparation, licensing agreements, and trial prep
Provide valuable IP assessments for business development and research initiatives
About You :
Has a background in science
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required; Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Pharmaceuticals or Chemistry preferred
3-8 years of experience in ANDA litigation and a basic understanding of FDA regulatory law
Strong analytical skills with expertise in reviewing complex patent and technical documents
Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
