What You'll Be Doing :
Assist in analyzing patents, file histories, technical documentation, and expert opinions
Draft basic legal documents, including freedom-to-operate and invalidation opinions
Prepare and help draft legal notices and statements
Support due diligence efforts, including settlement prep and trial preparation
Contribute to IP assessments for business development and research purposes
About You :
Background in science or pharmaceuticals
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required; a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Pharmaceuticals or Chemistry is a plus
1-3 years of experience or strong academic focus in ANDA litigation and FDA regulatory law
Strong attention to detail and ability to review technical documents
Eagerness to learn and grow in the IP field with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
