What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare legal documents, including contracts, and participate in contract negotiations
- Conduct research and monitor healthcare legislation to draft policies on privacy, anti-kickback, and security
- Provide consultation to HR on employment law matters
- Attend compliance audits and assist in audit preparation
- Stay updated on healthcare compliance topics and provide necessary training
About You
- Be able to do the job as described
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Kentucky or Indiana
- Experience in healthcare or employment law is a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
