International Business Development Manager – Pharmaceutical & Nutraceutical Machinery

Are you a dynamic sales professional with expertise in tablet compression and manufacturing equipment? We are seeking an International Business Development Manager to drive global growth and enhance the performance of our international sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand business opportunities worldwide.
  • Research and identify new international markets by industry and region.
  • Monitor and improve the performance of international sales representatives.
  • Track sales performance by territory and representative, providing detailed reports to leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize global sales strategies.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, International Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in international business development, specifically in tablet compression equipment .
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring internal and external sales teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical machinery industry .
