Position Overview:
We are seeking mid-level and senior litigation associates with a minimum of 5 years of substantial experience in commercial litigation within state and federal courts. The ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in New York State (CPLR) and Federal Court (FRCP) procedures, including drafting motions, pleadings, complaints, and conducting depositions. Responsibilities also encompass court appearances, conferences, oral arguments, and active participation in bankruptcy litigation and corporate reorganization cases.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage and advance complex commercial litigation cases from inception through resolution.
•Draft and review legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and complaints.
•Conduct and defend depositions; represent clients in court appearances and oral arguments.
•Collaborate with a dynamic team to develop and implement effective litigation strategies.
•Engage in in-court and out-of-court restructuring, bankruptcy proceedings, and corporate reorganizations, leveraging creative legal solutions to address multifaceted disputes.

Qualifications:
