As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for and perform a variety of administrative and/or clerical duties supporting the Program Manager Full Time on-site in Aurora, CO.
Essential Functions
- Perform administrative support functions specific to department, project, or program activities that require limited interpretation of policies, procedures and practices applicable to assigned area.
- Provide calendar management in both MS Outlook and Google that includes scheduling meetings for a department, project stakeholders or program manager.
- Assist meeting facilitators with the use of video conferencing programs, surface hubs, note taking, drafting and distribution of meeting minutes.
- Provide organization and filing of program or project specific information that requires interpretation of established policies, procedures, and other relevant sources to and from internal or external sources.
- Maintain project filing systems and equipment.
- Maintenance and tracking of action items, including follow-up with responsible team members.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Here's what you'll need
- Associate degree or related experience in lieu of education
- Proven administrative experience within an engineering, construction or related organization
- Knowledge of general office practices and procedures, as well as some experience with work associated with K12 building design and construction project activities in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
- Advanced Level computer skills in Microsoft Windows and Windows Suite software applications, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Bluebeam, Visio and others.
