Your impact
The Jacobs Portland, Oregon office has an immediate need for a full-time Project Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for a variety of administrative/clerical support tasks in project, business, or technical unit. This position will directly assist the Water Project Delivery team as well as the Portland Office team on a number of different projects and office administrative functions.
This position is full-time and will require the candidate to be present in the Portland office during normal business hours. Successful candidates must be able to work with minimal supervision, multitask effectively, use independent judgment, and have the initiative to take on new tasks and challenges. Candidate will need to use experience-based judgment to evaluate situations and develop solutions. They work with minimal oversight to achieve assignment and task outcomes and manage their own workload. Work may be complex, proprietary, and confidential; and requires strong administrative skills as well as excellent inter-personal and team communication skills. - A minimum of 2 years of general office support
- A minimum of 2 years of professional work experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience with project support is preferred
