We're looking for a Sr. Construction Manager to be based in the Fort Worth, TX area who is excited about working on projects supporting our clients’ business and business practices. Join us and you’ll have the chance to work on construction projects as part of a mega $1 Billion Program on active campus. You will be expected to be able to work with clients and contractors with the knowledge of construction practices including change management, safety, quality assurance, scheduling, estimating, price negotiations, and oversight of day-to-day activities. By developing and delivering on project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules, you’ll help our teams achieve our client’s objectives. The base salary range for this position is $140,700.00 to $193,500.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in in Civil Engineering, Construction Management
- 15 years of proven experience in Construction Management working on active campuses both Higher Ed and Healthcare.
- Knowledge of construction including material, methods, plans and specifications; associated safety requirements
- Knowledge of current and upcoming relevant local, regional, state and federal regulations governing design, construction, contracting, environmental, and safety measures
- Experience with projects utilizing alternative project delivery.
- Experience supporting clients on multiple capital projects.
- Required to have and maintain a satisfactory driving record
- Current and valid registration as a licensed Professional Architect or Engineer in the State of Texas
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM) Certification
