Jacobsen Orr is looking for driven individuals with enthusiastic and upbeat attitudes to join its exceptional support team. The firm is rapidly expanding and is looking to fill paralegal positions. Our paralegals work closely with attorneys, clients, and other staff on various office tasks in a wide array of legal areas. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years paralegal experience. However, prior experience is not required and significant paralegal experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree. Training will be provided. Strong computer and organizational skills are necessary. Experience with Microsoft Office is preferred. Effective communication skills and attention to details are also essential. This is a full-time position. Salary is commensurate with experience.

- Polite and professional interaction with clients, attorneys, and colleagues.
- Prompt completion of tasks, such as reviewing emails, drafting documents, and filing.
- Being a reliable and productive team member.
- Working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- Collaborating with the team and assisting colleagues when required.
- Paying attention to detail and fact-checking.
- Drafting legal documents, including motions, subpoenas, and discovery requests.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Effective communication with attorneys, staff, and clients.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.50 per week
