Duties
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a courteous manner.
- Manage scheduling and calendar management, coordinating appointments effectively.
- Maintain an organized filing system and manage office supplies inventory.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word applications for document creation and communication.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience as a receptionist is a plus but not required.
- Excellent customer support skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
- Ability to operate office equipment such as computers, printers, and fax machines.
