Our firm is growing and in search of a Bilingual Real Estate Paralegal to head our real estate transaction department. SALCINESLAW is celebrating its 26th year in practice and is experiencing exponential growth, and we are looking for an individual who is passionate about real estate, loves to work in a team, is self-motivated, and ready to take their career to another level.
Candidate MUST have prior real estate experience working in a law firm as a real estate paralegal or closer. If you do not have prior real estate legal experience, please do not apply.
Candidate must have working knowledge of real estate contracts, closings, mortgage documents, closing statements, and all documents that go into a real estate closing.
Candidate must be a leader and able to work on their own with very little supervision.

Day-to-day tasks include: reviewing contracts, preparing timelines for closing, preparing closing disclosures, HUD-1s, preparing seller documents, reviewing title commitments and lien searches, performing closings, affidavits, closing statements, and closing real estate transactions.
