What are the responsibilities and job description for the Workato & Product Integration Architect position at Jade Global?
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Architect and design solutions and provide delivery and pre-sales leadership to internal teams and clients respectively
- Delivery planning and execution throughout the delivery life cycle from capturing and prioritizing customer requirements to defining the solution, its vision, and working closely with business partners to deliver appropriate solutions timely.
- Be the strategic advisor to the customer in their digital transformation journey with Workato.
- Be an integration, automation thoughtleader with Workato demonstrating how Workato can effectively help companies across multiple industry verticals
- Lead integration architecture discussions
- Deliver worldclass automation and integration solutions often looking as the scope as a blank canvas for transformation, simplification and optimization to map requirements to solution/roadmap and its rightful value
- Perform assessments and workshops to understand customer pains and priorities; put together small POCs where relevant
- Provide feedback/direction on customer needs to product development.
- Mentor, train and lead team members
- Effectively communicate with all levels of customer and partner (Workato) organizations
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Overall 10 years of progressive systems integration experience with at least 2 years of experience in Workato
- 5 years of integration, middleware and other iPaaS experience is required. This could be in Tibco, IBM WebSphere, MuleSoft or Boomi or with building custom API using programming languages like Java or Python.
- 2-3 years of software development experience would be a plus and so is any RPA experience
- Experience in enterprise integration architecture, middleware, and enterprise applications like Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, Salesforce, Workday, D365, ServiceNow and other eCommerce products is a must
- Experience in integration domain pre-sales is desired
- Understanding of security and governance needs in large enterprises
- Ability to learn new concepts, technologies and solve problems
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and strong presentation capability in front of varied audiences
- Passionate about technology modernization through automation and integration

Salary : $137,000 - $173,000
