Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise machine shop operations, including overseeing and leading a team of Inside Machinists.
- Operate and maintain various machine shop equipment, including drill presses, shapers, lathes, milling machines, boring mills, planers, grinders, turret lathes, and more.
- Dismantle and erect machinery as needed.
- Perform precision machining and lay-out work.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure the team follows safety guidelines.
- Meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project completion.
