Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Physical Therapists. Our ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, with a Doctorate degree preferred.
The successful candidate will have experience/knowledge with an EMR software, basic computer skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Collects and records patient care data, following format and guidelines of regulatory agencies and third-party payers.
- Prepares for evaluations, obtaining patient history and researching unfamiliar diagnoses.
- Identifies need for consultations and/or refers patients to other health care professionals or services.
- Provides education/training to patients and/or their support systems.
- Delivers interventions that are safe, effective, and compliant with JAG Physical Therapy standards.
