Hours:
- Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
- Rotating Saturday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Employees are expected to arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled work time.
Compensation:

Job Description:
Position Overview:
Jaguar Land Rover Gulf Coast seeks a dependable and energetic Service Lane Assistant to support our busy service department. As a Service Lane Assistant, you will help manage the flow of vehicles in and out of the service area, maintain a clean and organized environment, and ensure that clients receive outstanding service from the moment they arrive. This role requires a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering an excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Vehicle Management:
- Move and park client vehicles safely and efficiently within the service area or lot.
- Retrieve vehicles for clients upon service completion.
- Assist with loaner vehicle preparation and return processes.
Service Lane Assistance:
- Greet and assist clients in the service lane.
- Ensure the service lane remains organized and clear of obstructions.
- Support the service team with vehicle inspections or preparation as needed.
Facility Maintenance:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service department, client waiting areas, and parking lots.
- Perform routine cleaning and restocking to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
Client Interaction:
- Provide a friendly and courteous demeanor when assisting clients.
- Respond to client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members.
Team Support:
- Assist Service Advisors, Technicians, and management with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Support special events or seasonal needs as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- The ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
