Your goal will be to design, launch and monitor retailer recruitment initiatives, work with organizations to promote JLRNA retailer network recruitment initiatives, and track/report placements and retailer progress.
You will also communicate with vendors, process Purchase Orders and invoices for the training department. With lots of projects and relationships to build, this role offers a challenge that will help your career grow within an iconic organization.

- Track/reporting of placements and retailer progress.
- Communicate with vendors; process Purchase Orders and invoices for training department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years experience related to the role.
- Experience with recruitment and retention programs.
- Experience with reward and recognition programs.
- Financial literacy.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office (Primarily Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills are essential, and must be comfortable presenting to all levels of management.
