Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Program Strategist to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing collaborative models to drive recruitment and training of new resources into the JLR network through partnerships, in-retailer models, Academy-led models, and others.
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that fosters a diverse, inclusive culture representative of our global customers and society. You will work closely with the Client Experience Training Manager to develop and implement initiatives that promote JLR's retailer network recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, launch, and monitor retailer recruitment initiatives
- Work with organizations to promote JLR's retailer network recruitment initiatives
- Maintain and innovate current reward and recognition programs
- Track and report placements and retailer progress
- Communicate with vendors; process Purchase Orders and invoices for training department
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience related to the role
- Experience with recruitment and retention programs
- Experience with reward and recognition programs
- Financial literacy
- Fluent in Microsoft Office (Primarily Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
