POSITION : Franchise Documentation Coordinator
LOCATION : Mahwah, NJ
RECRUITMENT SALARY RANGE : $60,000 - $77,000

Reporting to the Network Franchising Senior Lead, you will play a critical role in supporting the greater Network Development team with drafting, storing, and sending retailer legal agreements and letters. You must have an outstanding attention to detail as the team will draft legal agreements such as : Dealer Agreements / Renewals, Performance Agreements, & Retailer Performance letters for review by the Network Franchising Senior Lead, Facility Planners, and Regional Performance Analysts.
WHAT TO EXPECT :
In this role, no two tasks are the same. With lots of projects and relationships to build with people across the business and beyond, it's a challenge that will help your career grow within an iconic organization. Here's what to expect :
- Draft legal documents, including : Dealer Agreements, Performance Agreements, Ownership Changes, Entity modifications for review by the greater Network Development team
- File Management - ensure files are digitally stored and easily accessible
- Retailer Communications - compile, distribute and store retailer bulletins
- Buy / Sell Support - Ensure the retailer termination and activation process is seamless
- Perform other duties as required

Schedule : Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - office days; Wednesday and Friday - choice days)
