As a Recruitment and Retention Professional, you will play a key role in developing and implementing initiatives that promote JLR's retailer network recruitment.
You will work closely with the Client Experience Training Manager to design, launch, and monitor retailer recruitment initiatives, as well as maintain and innovate current reward and recognition programs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement collaborative models to drive recruitment and training of new resources into the JLR network
- Work with organizations to promote JLR's retailer network recruitment initiatives
- Maintain and innovate current reward and recognition programs
- Track and report placements and retailer progress
- Communicate with vendors; process Purchase Orders and invoices for training department
