Entry Level Business Development Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized assistance.
- Showcase and explain product plans, internet services, and devices in a clear and approachable way.
- Process all new sales activations, devices, internets, and service requests for customers
- Assist customers with account inquiries, plan upgrades, and service selections while ensuring a seamless experience.
- Drive sales by identifying opportunities to introduce new products and services that align with customer needs.
