Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant located in Irving, Texas. The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for answering, screening, and directing phone calls, new client sales and intake, greeting clients and visitors, maintaining a welcoming, clean and organized reception area, conference room and kitchen, and managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages and couriers, performing general clerical duties such as filing and data entry. The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will also assist with scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements, drafting correspondence, ordering and managing office supplies, tracking expenses, and coordinating team meetings and events. Additionally, the role involves providing exceptional customer service and effective communication with clients, prospective clients, and team members.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Strong Clerical Skills including filing (both paper and digital) and data entry
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize effectively
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office 365 products) and technology
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Salary : $30,000 - $35,000
