Project Manager

Position Overview

Jairus Marketing is in search of a Project Manager to provide operational support for our global healthcare marketing agency. The Project Manager role is responsible for:

• Overseeing daily project workflow/agency traffic management
• Providing new client onboarding support
• Providing new team member onboarding support
• Optimizing agency processes and workflows to ensure project efficiency and profitability

This position’s core objective is to ensure project requests from our account team flow efficiently to creative and production departments. This role is responsible for keeping everyone on task and projects on deadline, handling the logistics and keeping all parties updated on progress.

Duties and Responsibilities

Example tasks executed by this position may include:

• Oversee schedules and maintain deadlines for various project stages
• Distribute task assignments to creative and support team based on team capacity, client priorities and project deadlines
• Meet with account team members to review new project scope and develop project timelines based on agency guidelines
• Monitor project status and team capacity, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly
• Provide technical onboarding support for new clients, facilitating access to necessary platforms and assets
• Facilitate project management with contractors and other agency partners 
• Monitor client and project profitability through time logging and cost analysis
• Support onboarding and training of new team members as it related to agency processes and workflow
• Support Chief Operations Officer in developing agency processes that support team members while also improving efficiency/client experience

Other Duties as Assigned

• Execute other company projects as necessary

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• College degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Marketing, Advertising or similar area preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management in a marketing agency setting, ensuring projects were delivered on time and within budget
• Highly organized and able to work through assignments as prioritized using excellent time management skills in a fast paced environment
• Advertising and/or Marketing background strongly preferred
• Team Player / Go Getter -- We need someone who works well with others, but also excels by themselves
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills required
• Excellent verbal and written skills mandatory
• Excellent attention to detail
• Self-directed, motivated and resourceful
• Strong critical thinking and creative problem solving skills
• Demonstrate ability to overcome obstacles, and strive to improve skills and achieve goals
• Positive attitude coupled with a great work ethic is a must
• Collaborative and respectful team player
• Experience in TeamWork or other project management platform is preferred
