Work Location: In person in our corporate office at 611 W. Manning Street, Chattanooga, TN
The Field Service Coordinator will perform customer service, service fulfillment coordination, and administrative functions that support the efficient operation of a service office.
Duties:
- Work with Technician Supervisor and/or Operations, Service Center or District Manager in scheduling and dispatching of Technicians for jobs (startups/repairs, warranty, maintenance).
- Optimizing Technician routes to ensure field and office productivity.
- Coordinate Re-scheduling customers when technicians fall behind schedule and/or cannot make it into work.
- Handle customer inquiries and route questions of technical nature to the appropriate resource.
- Track time and attendance for Technicians.
- Coordinate job startups and maintain communication with customers regarding scheduling for the startup and follow-up on jobs in progress/completed.
- Invoice and bill customers.
- Ensure timely close-out on all work orders and that all associated paperwork (P.O., etc.) is received and filed with the proper job.
- Coordinate warranty administration process.
- Enter all information and maintain information into the Field Service Management (FSM) system, including work orders, new customer information, and technician hours for billing purposes.
- Answer telephones, greet customers and maintain professional and courteous customer contact while actively listening to their concerns.
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
- Follow up with customers regarding current projects and/or updates on completed jobs.
- Administrative work associated with service work.
- Record customer information within the FSM system.
- Working efficiently and effectively as a team.
- Organize and coordinates inventory process.
- Gather local prevailing wage rate and send hours worked by Technicians on applicable jobs to Human Resources.

Pay: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour
