What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales and Business Development Role position at Jake Storage Containers LLC?
We are seeking a full-time employee for a newly created position. Base salary, sales commission and additional bonus potential.. The successful candidate will handle the following:
-Manage all aspects of the sale and rental business
-Manage key account relationships
-Sales planning, reporting and oversee 1 employee
-Follow up with prospects to win sales transactions
-Coordinate, schedule and fulfill customer orders
-Work closely with Marketing on Business Development goals
-Assist with cold calling and outbound customer phone calls as required
Requirements:
-3-5 years of prior sales work experience in a small organization.
-Excellent telephone/communication skills.
-Outgoing personality
-Ability to multitask and constantly shift focus in a fast-paced environment
-Prior experience in the storage/shipping container industry preferred but not required
-Strong organization skills with meticulous attention to details
-Advanced computer skills with the ability to quickly type information while talking with customers
-Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products; especially Outlook email and Excel
-Local residency required.
-Will offer a base salary plus commission and discretionary bonus program

We service both commercial and residential customers; providing all customers with secure, affordable, durable, weatherproof containers in various sizes and conditions. Jake Containers is a privately held company located in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
