Jakville Inc in Panama City Beach, FL is looking for one office admin assistant to join our team. We are located on 17633 Ashley Dr Building B. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
Maintain store front putting items in computer and entering PO's into system tracking inventory, in and out and make sure balances. maintain inventory in maintenance trucks.
- Field telephone calls within Send Square phone system
- Assist with onboarding new properties, entering contracts, Inventory,
- A lot of detail oriented work in computer
- Assist staging homes for photos
- Receive and direct visitors
- Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars
- Create spreadsheets, presentations, and marketing materials
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Manage all inventory and record keeping of such items 50% of the job
- Conduct internet research
- Place orders for office equipment or business needs
- Enter data into reports as needed
- Answer reviews, google, VRBO, on the website etc.
- Create email and postal mail campaigns
Qualifications
Must be a mature, smart, individual who knows how to take care of the office needs before asking
Must have some initiative, must be a team player and work well with teammates
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to organize and create orderly systems
- Experienced in computer technology that includes excel, google docs, powerpoint, and social media marketing
