- Coordinate and maintain schedules for clients and caregivers, ensuring coverage for all shifts and client needs.
- Care Plan Adherence:
- Schedule client appointments/visits according to care plans and staff availability.
- Staffing Needs
- :Identify staffing needs, fill open shifts, and handle caregiver requests for time off.
- Communication:
- Contact clients and caregivers regarding schedule changes, and ensure clear communication regarding services and any potential issues.
- On-Call Management:
- Manage on-call duties, including evenings and weekends, as directed.
- Scheduling Software:
- Maintain computer schedules and ensure timely data entry for clients and caregivers.
- Conflict Resolution:
- Anticipate and resolve potential scheduling conflicts to ensure smooth and uninterrupted care services.
Communication and Client Relations:
