The ideal candidate :
- Will have at least 5 years of experience in food, beverage and hospitality management and leadership.
- Will have had solid previous leadership experience.
- Will have open availability with scheduling to impact all parts of our business.
- Will be open minded and willing to be coached and mentored.

Responsibilities : Assist with scheduling, expediting orders while leading the line team, coaching and cultivating a well rounded line team to insure successful services, helping maintain a sanitary work environment, overseeing opening and closing duties, and overseeing proper food safety guidelines and rotation.
